Introduction
Large size, High efficiency, Excellent quality, Low maintenance and Low running cost
260B designed by Daheng Laser is specialized in cutting die board, up to 22mm meanwhile slightly cutting thin metal such as carbon steel and stainless steel. 260B is most suitable for you to cut large scale die board.
For big size machines, Daheng Laser developed fixed beam path system which guarantees consistent beam power and beam quality over the whole working area so that the machine can get the same cutting quality over the whole working area.
Touched following system developed by Daheng Laser is a key element to successfully cut die board. The system can sense the distance from nozzle to the die board being cut and adjust focal position to make sure a good cutting quality.
260B is equipped with upward and downward exhausted-air blower system. The upward system is located on the side of cutting head. When the cutting head moves, the upward system is following to exhaust the smoking from materials. The combination of upward and downward blower system can totally discharge smoking and fume from the die board being cut.
The good combination of Mitsubishi servo and driving system and ball screw guarantees high precision, running stable and long-operation.
Imported chiller with a good cooling function enables the laser tube long operating life.
Computer-off controlling system is convenient for you to control the machine during working.
